Eating with Awareness

Hello and welcome to my first posting!!

Thank you for taking a few minutes out of your day to sit down and read my blog. I hope you can find some useful information every time you visit. I will post recipes, ideas, thoughts, suggestions and recommendations on eating a healthy, well-balanced diet that is not specific in any one area of diet aside from AWARENESS. It is so important that we are aware of where our food is coming from, how it is handled, grown, manufactured or aged. Personally I am a non-meat eater, but I am not here to advocate the advantages of vegetarianism or veganism just simply to help you understand the importance of food production on society today.
